Princess Damilola Revealed…

 

 

Call it good looks or good karma Princess Damilola real name Princess Damilola Adekoya has an aura around her that will melt anyone’s heart with unrivalled ease. Her amazing sense of humour and commitment to her work has made her one of the topmost comedians that has come out of Nigeria.

 

Each week we Ask a Celeb 10 things you might want to know about them. Here we present to you Princess Damilola….

 

MM:                Hello

 

Princess:        Hi

 

MM:                So who is Princess Damilola.  Can you tell us a bit about yourself?

 

Princess:        I am from Ogun state; I have a degree each in electrical electronics engineering and creative arts. I love travelling, reading, playing scrabble, cooking and swimming.

 

MM:                When and where did your journey as a Comedian Start

 

Princess:        My journey first started in 2002 in Unilag with Kayode Peters then fully in 2003 on the advice of Mr Wale Adenuga the owner of super story, papa Ajasco, odd world, this life and so on.

 

MM:                Apart From being a Stand up Comedian, What else do you do?

 

Princess:       I’m also an actress. I act for television, stage and movie. I am also an events planner and a movie producer.

 

MM:                You’ve accomplished so much so young, what can you say is the secret behind all these accomplishments

 

Princess:         (Smiles) it is the grace of God, love from my family and support from my fans

 

 

MM:                What is the biggest challenge you’ve had in your career?

 

Princess:        Performing for non Nigerians outside Nigeria

 

MM:                Are you married?  And if you are who is the Lucky man and is he in Entertainment as well

 

Princess:        (Laughs out very loud) NO oo. For now there is no one

 

MM:                Just out of curiosity, have you ever at any point given any thought to any other profession other than what you do now

 

Princess:        Yes, humanitarian jobs

 

MM:                On a cheeky note now, what is the naughtiest thing you’ve ever done?

 

Princess:        I made fun of my mum for 10mins in a show while she was there seated

 

MM:                What should your fans expect from you this year?

 

Princess:        My movie titled THE UNSAID, and my comedy show tagged SHADES OF COMEDY in the UK

 

MM:                And on a last note, what do you do in your spare time?

 

Princess:        I do a lot of praying and swimming
